2023! What's Good?? FIRST Thankful Thursday

Happy New Year!! It's only the 5th of January lol, so I hope you are not tired hearing Happy New Year just yet.

I honestly do not know if I have ever been this excited and expectant for what God is about to do, as I am at this very moment. I am not sure how your 2022 went but if it went anything like mine or the people I know, sis was alot!! On this first Thankful Thursday of the year, I want to thank God for all that He has done last year and this year thus far. Thank you Fathe

r!! He never has to do any of this but yet, He still chooses to.

Last year in 2022, God kept my mind in perfect peace. As a kid growing up. I heard that and thought it was just a little church saying until I actually went through some stuff. There were so many times where what I saw with my eyes DID NOT line up with what I was seeing in the spirit. God was telling me all of these powerful things and all I could think about was being unemployed, the grief of losing relationships, and how ready I was to move on to the next. I thank God He kept my mind in perfect peace.

I thank God even in my missteps He still chose me. The realization that we all fall short and make mistakes is an important one to catch on to early. As I got closer to God, my heart hurt more when I messed up because I knew better. I wanted to do right. In 2022, he taught me that I was His daughter. That no mess up in the world could block me from His love or my inheritance.

ed a test. It felt like the people of God were being beat up lol. It looked to the naked eye that the world was winning. That people who weren't serving God were going on all of the trips, were having the weddings, were getting the dream houses while the rest of us were planting seeds that hadn't yielded any crops.

Ohhhhh but I am thankful! I am thankful that the obedience to sow in 2022 has prepared us for the harvest that is coming NOW!! I am thankful that those who sow in tears will reap in JOY!

THIS IS YOUR SEASON OF JOY! THIS IS YOUR HARVEST SEASON! THIS IS THE SEASON THAT GOD FULFILLS HIS PROMISES TO YOU! YOU DARED TO TRUST. YOU DARED TO MOV

E WHEN HE SAID MOVE! YOU DARED TO STEP OUT ON THE WATER! GOD WILL HONOR YOU

IN THIS SEASON! YOU PASSED THE TEST! CONGRATULATIONS! YOU GRADUATED! YOU ARE ELEVATING! THE SEPERATION WAS BECAUSE OF THIS VERY ELEVATION!

On this First Thankful Thursday of the year, take a second and THANK GOD! That every weapon that formed in 2022 did not prosper. Take a second to thank God for all of His protection. Take a second to thank God for every person who is still in your life and every person that had to leave. Thank God that you are here!! Even if it is with a bruise, even if it is with some sadness on how 2022 ended. He's inviting you into His love. He is inviting you to go deeper with Him this year. As you go deeper the more that He reveals to you. The more that you will be able to withstand.
